Camille and Lil Camille’s 300 Egg Roll Party
Camille’s having a baby. Soon. She hopes. We all hope soon because she is ready.
The gals had a little get together and we captured some of the moments which you can catch here too – Camille’s Baby Shower. Danny the Chef made an incredible brunchy spread which was amazing and Tu topped it off with a whopping 300 egg rolls. With an estimated 20 guest that was 9.5 egg rolls for each person to eat. So much food and what a wonderful day.
Darla’s New Dress
Darla got a cool new dress and she couldn’t wait to show it to me tonight. What do you think? Pretty cute 1980’s style.
Scripps La Jolla is Best Place for Family Beach Portraits
The Williams Family came out from Arkansas to visit beautiful San Diego. They had a great time and saw all of the amazing things to see in San Diego – but in particular the San Diego Zoo and Sea World.
We have so many interesting things to do in San Diego but by far the best is the beach. That’s why we took pictures at the beautiful Scripps Pier in La Jolla.
Selfie Sunday
What do you do on a Sunday afternoon? You go out and take some self portraits. Look how matchy matchy we are?!!
Hangover 4
The Bachelor Party. The Sequel to Hungover 3. The last chance for the McKenna Brothers to go out Into the Wild before brother Frank gets married. A Fishing Trip to Catch Seaweed. These could be ways that you could describe the epic weekend that was. What was originally meant to be an exclusively brothers trip included the sons of the brothers too – Geno and Teeny Tiny Patrick and that just made it all the more special.
No trip to Catalina would be possible without the ultimate Yacht – The Sea Hunt. The Sea Hunt is on sale at the moment so we might have been taken her for one of her final voyages across the sea. The beautiful ship handled us perfectly and gave us lots of good memories.
Geno kept us laughing with all his hilarious antics. Here are some classic Geno moments.
Patrick and Tiny Patrick were there too. Patrick really wanted to catch a fish. He only caught SeaWeed but he was actually a huge help on the boat and seems to have a real knack for Maritime life.
We had some great moments, and it was a weekend to remember. You can check out all of the pictures in the gallery here. Or just browse the blog.
People read my silly photography blog?
I started photography blogging about 1 year ago. I had about 10 readers a day on my blog and I thought, who the heck is reading this stuff. It turned out it was mostly my family and my fiance – Tu. I guess that is how it always works.
I logged onto to Google Analytics to look at my stats and this popped up today. I was amazed to see that there were 67 Active Visitors on my site at that precise moment. And those people were logging in from all over the world. It turns out someone had posted one of my entries on Reddit and it was getting many of hits.
But I looked further and noticed that I had already notched over 50,000 readers in the last year and possibly on pace for over 100,000 this year.
Are we in the Golden Age of Photography where this much interest is generated on it? I think so.
Small Places I Have Been
I was just going through some places I have been in the past 18 months or so and realize that I have been to quite a few. It’s a small world after all.
