A Real Gents Gent

Not many people know this but our Great Uncle, Herbert, was the original dirty crooner from 1926.  A real pioneer and the first of many, he sang at various vaudeville acts across New York State and was known for always singing through a big megaphone.  I can’t help but think how many after him (such as 2 Live Crew) owe a debt of gratitude for the trail he blazed so many years ago. I uncovered this original film in an old dust bin in the attic.  He was one of the all-time greats that is for sure.
