Beef Lady Campfire Stories
We had a little campfire at Rancho Patricio. We cooked Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and told stories around the campfire. Nice little night at Patrick’s Bonita Ranch.
Picnic with A Ballerina
Isabella is a ballerina. She can do very nice ballet moves and even knows how to curtsey. She came over tonight and showed us her new shoes and her new shirt.
After she showed us her shirt and shoes, she grabbed a broom and told me that she was a tree. This is what a tree does. A tree stands straight and then winks at you.
And then it was time for a break so we ate cookies. The cookies were very good. They were made of Chocolate Chips.
Then it was time to go. But there was time for one more shot. Lets take one more picture in front of this boat. Goodbye Isabella, Thank you for coming to our house.
Everything I do, He Does
Little James likes to copy me. When I put on white shoes, he puts on white shoes. When I kneel down to take a picture or tie my shoes, he kneels down too. If I put on my hat, he puts on his hat.
So it came as no surprise when I took a picture of him, he decided to take a picture of me too with his camera.
Watch Halsey Go Absolutely Nuts Promoting Sam Seagull’s Quite Pooply
Now Halsey is a little genius. Her mom brought Sam Seagull’s Quite Poorly to a book store in Soho for story hour and they read the book to all the children. Watch as Halsey goes overboard to help her Uncle promote the book. Her animation is over the top and she is really rallying the kids here. Thank you Halsey!
Moving the Heaviest Table in the World
My dad commissioned a custom oak table in 1972. The table was to have everyone of his kids names engraved on the side with their birthday. In the middle it had a large carving which said, “We Give Thee Thanks” which was a reference to God and thanking him for the meals.
Patrick and I Slopping Down Chicken at the Oak Table
The table was delivered sometime that year and it weighed so much that we had to have the foundation reinforced to support it. We sat at that table until we all eventually moved out of the house. Yesterday we finally moved the old table out of the house and it took 5 men, a foreman and a moving truck to do so. The door and railing were disassembled to remove it. What a job it was. Click on the video below to watch the whole thing.
Well the table made a journey yesterday to a new home at Patricks house where it looks incredible and a real homage to my dad.
The table looks great in Patricks House. Thank you Patrick!
